Terms and Conditions for Mischelyn Aesthetic Center's Lash & Nail Services Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   • Residency: Open only to legal residents of Metro Manila, Philippines.
   • Exclusions: Contractors of Mischelyn Aesthetic Center, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
   • The giveaway begins on October 3 and ends on October 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
3. How to Enter
   • Like and Follow: Like and follow Mischelyn Aesthetic Center's official Facebook page.
   • Comment: Comment on the promotional post with “I Love Myself <Your Name>”.
   • Heart and Share: Heart and share the promotional post publicly on your Facebook timeline.
   • Entry Limit: One entry per person.
4. Prizes
   • Grand Winner:
     • Eyelash Extensions (Classic or Volume)
     • Foot Spa + Pedicure with Gel Polish
     • Manicure + Gel Polish or Soft Gel + Nail Art
   • Secondary Winner:
     • Eyelash Extensions (Classic)
     • Pedicure with Polish
     • Manicure + Gel Polish
   • Note: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
5. Winner Selection
   • Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will be conducted live on Facebook on October 10, 2024 (Thursday) at 7:00 PM PST.
6. Winner Notification
   • Winners will be announced during the live draw and notified via direct message on Facebook within 24 hours.
   • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption
   • Prizes must be redeemed at Mischelyn Aesthetic Center in Pag-Asa Metro Manila.
   • Winners must schedule an appointment for their services within 30 days of notification.
   • Identification may be required upon redemption.
8. Additional Discount Offer
   • Up to 30% off on Lash & Nail Services valid until October 10, 2024.
   • Discount Requirements:
     • Like our Facebook and Instagram pages.
     • Share our latest Facebook post.
   • Discounts are applicable only to the services listed and cannot be combined with other promotions.
9. Publicity
   • By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
    • Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
11. General Conditions
    • Mischelyn Aesthetic Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary.
    • The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
12. Limitation of Liability
    • Mischelyn Aesthetic Center is not responsible for technical failures or any other issues that may prevent participation.
    • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mischelyn Aesthetic Center from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
13. Disqualification
    • Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification.
    • Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate disqualification.
